The TEK PARTNER is preprogrammed at the factory, but you need to enter a Device Code for each device you plan to use to complete the programming.
If you have lost the codes you programed in due to dead batteries (the TEK PARTNER will retain its settings only for 15 minutes after
batteries die or are removed) and no longer have your manual to refer to for the codes of your devices, you can go to the following
links to find them.

Yes, the device you are programmming should be turned on.
To turn on your device (TV, VCR, CBL and SAT) after you have programmed it, you will need to press and release the
device button one time, then press and release the power button one time. This should turn the device on that you want
to use.
No, Tek Partner Plus only programs one TV using the TV device button.
1) To see the code of a device, press and hold the device mode button until the status indicator begins to blink
(Appros. 3 seconds).
2) Press the PREV CH RECALL button. Upon release of the PREV CH RECALL button the status indicator light will blink
out the code for the selected device.
>3) Count the number of blinks to determine the code. A "0" is represented by a fast flicker of the status indicator
light. Example: a code of 102 will be shown as (blink flicker blink blink).
1) The Master Power feature is disabled by default. To enable it, press and hold any device button until the status
indicator light begins to blink (Approx. 3 seconds).
2) Press and release the power button twice. The status indicator light will blink a confirmation (3 blinks). Master
Power feature is now enabled.
3) Repeat the process to disable the Master Power feature.
NOTE: With Master Power enabled the remote will send the power on code for each of the devices SAT, CBL, TV and VCR in
that order. All of the devices should be within the remote's operating range so they can receive their power code.

Two AA size batteries. We recommend you use Alkaline batteries. Batteries not included.
In most cases, the batteries last for one year.
No. That's why we suggest you change the batteries when you start to notice a slower response time. This way, the codes
will be retained during the battery change.
If you do lose the codes, just click on one of the links below for a complete online manual to contact Hytek directly.
