| There are two styles of Monofins available, competitive and recreational. It is important to understand your swimming ability in
order to select the proper model, whether you're looking for a training tool or simply a fin for good clean fun. If you're interested in a
training tool, please select the best competitive style to fit your training needs. If you're just looking to swim like a dolphin, then select
a recreational fin that corresponds to your shoe size.

Recreational Monofins
Fun, safe and easy to use an any aquatic environment. Recreational Monofins require both feet to kick simultaneously in the
motion of a dolphin kick. The result is fast and fun propulsion through the water. Recreational Monofins are not sufficient as a training tool
for competitive swimmers.
Wave
The Wave allows children to swim like dolphins while also learning a kicking technique used in competitive swimming. The Wave Monofin is an ideal tool to transition beginner swimmers into intermediate swimmers. For above level swimmers with one or more year’s experience. For ages 5 and older: 21" x 18" Soft Monofin blade.
Adjustable to fit children's shoe sizes (1-7).
